5 years ago today, Seth and I stood on a mountainside high over Boulder and, in front of our friends and family, took our vows and began our lives together.
It’s been a wonderful 5 years, and so much has happened. We got a dog, moved from Colorado to Illinois, built our house, changed jobs, and almost 2.5 years ago welcomed Grayson into our lives.
It just keeps getting better.
Here is a great video of a fun afternoon Grayson and I spent together. If you can get past the first few seconds of whining, there’s a great punchline.
Unfortunately we had to spend most of our day apart, due to work issues, but we plan to celebrate “officially” next weekend or so. Meanwhile, I got to spend my day with Grayson, and we enjoyed an absolutely beautiful cool summer day together.
